The irony of Nichelle's power is that she has to be with the other Glows to use it without them she is what she despises the most-ordinary. Hatch's main puppet and is always ready to torture her kind at his command. Nichelle is a Glow who can drain others of their powers. He approaches them as if they were his family but always has their main weakness, that being Nichelle, at his side to subdue them. His main power is his manipulation and without the Glows he will be powerless. He has no special powers like the Glows but he is their leader and the one these kids answer to.
